How do I join?
If you're a new customer and don't have an online account yet, you can join by signing up here.
If you're an existing customer and have an online account, you will automatically be enrolled and you can check your rewards status on your Loyalty Hub.
How do I earn rewards?
Every £1 spent = 1 point You collect points for every order which will accrue in your Loyalty Hub, once you have enough points you will unlock discounts and VIP tiers.
How can I check my balance?
Sign into your online account and click on the "Loyalty Hub" button
Do rewards expire?
Once you qualify for a coupon of free gift, you must redeem it within 6 months.
Can I combine offers?
No, you are unable to use multiple discount codes on a single order.
How do VIP tiers work?
Each VIP tier is calculated based on spend. To stay in a tier you have 12 months to maintain your yearly spend otherwise you will drop a tier. You will automatically be upgraded into the correct VIP tier based on your previous spend for the year.
Will my points expire?
Yes, points expire after 12 months, if they have not been redeemed.
What happens to my old wholesale code?
Our current wholesale programme will be discontinued, as we move to our new and improved Loyalty Club Rewards Programme.
